Hell, Any length of the pistol's receiver could be also be grabbed by the secondary hand as a "secondary grip" for the non shooting hand, stupidly making all mag fed handguns illegal under the unconstitutional law.Charlize Theron ( / ʃ ɑːr ˈ l iː z ˈ θ ɛr ə n/ shar- LEEZ THERR-ən Afrikaans: born 7 August 1975) is a South African and American actress and producer. It looks just like a magazine holder to me.Ī laser or flashlight on the rail mount of any handgun sold in NYS could just as easily be considered a "secondary or protruding hand grip". Are we basing the supposed illegality off of its tactical like appearance alone? or its manufactured purpose? Either it is something or it isn't. With these vague unconstitutional laws like the safe act, anything could be considered "illegal" or an "assault weapon". Why is this important?Ī magazine holder, being designed to hold a magazine, isn't now a forward grip even though it could be used as such. (vii) a manufactured weight of fifty ounces or more when the pistol is unloaded Ī brace is a brace, it is not a stock, but It can still be shouldered without becoming a stock. (vi) a shroud that is attached to, or partially or completely encircles, the barrel and that permits the shooter to hold the firearm with the non-trigger hand without being burned (v) a threaded barrel capable of accepting a barrel extender, flash suppressor, forward handgrip, or silencer (iv) capacity to accept an ammunition magazine that attaches to the pistol outside of the pistol grip (iii) a second handgrip or a protruding grip that can be held by the non-trigger hand (c) a semiautomatic pistol that has an ability to accept a detachable magazine and has at least one of the following characteristics: Does it fall under section 6 without the foregrip? What about section 1 with the folding stock? I know people consider this and the micro roni legal but I'm trying to understand why. What about if the additional mag holder/foregrip is added? I presume that would go against section 3. Would something like the Recover Tactical 20/20 glock stabilizing brace be legal under the safe act? Since a glock is already classified as a pistol adding a folding pistol brace should be legal right? It's a pistol whether or not the brace is collapsed?
